3. Select your product and desired installation service options
4. Review pricing
5. Select your preferred installation date / time
6. Enter your credit card, installation address, and contact info to schedule service. You will NOT be charged until your service has been completed.

Please note, the Assembly Help installation pricing is not included in our product purchase pricing.

Installation into wood joists is required. Do not install into I-beams, steel joists, concrete ceilings, or any non-traditional materials.

Free Shipping

All orders placed with Ace Garage Storage ship for free within the continental United States. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping costs are calculated as part of the total product price so we can extend this free shipping offer, which applies only to completed transactions. If an order is returned for any reason other than confirmed damage, round-trip shipping charges, restocking fees, and credit card processing fees may apply as outlined in our Returns Policy, as these costs are not refunded to us by carriers or payment processors.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as your order is placed you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail. This will mean we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, we will confirm it is in stock. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available we will fully process the credit card charge and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@acegaragestorage.com.

As an authorized retailer for SafeRacks, we honor their return and refund policy as outlined below.

For a period of (30) thirty days from the date of purchase, should you not be satisfied with your product, you are entitled to a full refund less taxes and shipping & handling costs paid by the buyer.

Seller warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials & workmanship and will perform in accordance with its published specifications. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling or shipping of product, or damages by, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, improper installation, acts of God, neglect, corrosion, modification or mishandling.

In addition, this warranty does not cover cosmetic damage including scratches, dings, dents or cracks that do not affect the structural or functional capability of the product. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product.

SAFERACKS REVIEW PROCEDURES
If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge to you repair or replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for shipping costs but there is no charge for the inspection. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem.

Damages to the product, property or persons resulting from improper use (overloading), installation errors or buyer negligence are not covered by this warranty.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or country to country.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties; Limitation of Remedies

Implied warranties, including to the extent applicable warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded to the extent legally permissible.

Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited to one year, or the shortest period allowed by law. Some states and provinces do not allow limitations or exclusions on how long an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province.

Outside the 50 United States and Canada, this warranty does not apply.
