All Auxx Lift motorized lifts include one remote. Purchase an extra remote for additional convenience or if you've lost your original remote control.
For Auxx Lift installation requests, send a text message to 844.900.0067. Include your full name, zip code, best contact phone number, and the Auxx Lift product you are interested to install. You will be contacted within 1-2 business days (usually within a few hours). If you choose to move forward with an installation you will pay the installer directly.
Most Auxx-Lift products ship via UPS Ground.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed on the same day when orders are placed Mon-Fri before 1pm PT. Exception to this rule are holidays.
Your order will be processed/shipped on the next business day, if an order is placed on a weekend or holiday. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Where do we ship?
We ship to all 50 states except Alaska and Hawaii.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary based on location and product availability. A signature is required for large heavy items at the time of delivery and denotes that the product was received and is damage free unless otherwise noted by the delivery team member.
Typically it will take 1-5 business days depening on your location in the continental states.
Shipping confirmation / Order tracking
Once we have received your order and gotten it ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s).

What is covered?
Any defect in material and workmanship from personal, normal household use in accordance with the Owner’s Manual.

What we will do?
If your Auxx-Lift Product is defective, we will send replacement parts or, at our option, replace it at no charge to you after the defective product is returned to Auxx-Lift. If we send replacement parts for your Auxx-Lift Product, we may use new or reconditioned parts. If we choose to replace your Auxx-Lift Product, we may replace it with a new or reconditioned one of the same or similar design.
How to get warranty service?
To get warranty service for your Auxx-Lift Product, you must provide proof of date and place of purchase of the product. Trained representatives will assist in diagnosing the problem and will arrange to supply you with required parts for repairs or replacement product after defective product is returned to Auxx-Lift.
Warranty does not cover
This warranty does not cover installation commercial use, defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to our service location or damage resulting from altercations misuses or abuse, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized repair or modifications of the product, affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, staples through wiring, pinched or broken wires, broken cables power outages, use of extension cords, missing or damaged parts or discounted clearance, final sale or taped cartons fire, flood, acts of God, or failure to follow the Owner’s Manual. This warranty is the only one we will give on your Auxx-Lift Product. There are no other express warranties. Customer pays for shipping on warranty replacements.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee on all products (excluding custom made products which are final sale and non-refundable). All return items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged units. The product must be unaltered and in original, new condition. Return shipping charges to Auxx Lift must be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.
Partial refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
- After 60-days, and up to 90 days from the date of purchase, if product has not been installed, it can be returned for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:
- You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
- The item must be in stock on the competitors website
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
- The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
- The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
- The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price, including any discounts, and the shipping charges. It excludes sales tax.
- Saferacks and Mesa Safe products are excluded and will not be price matched.
