Free Shipping
All orders placed with Ace Garage Storage ship for free within the continental United States. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping costs are calculated as part of the total product price so we can extend this free shipping offer, which applies only to completed transactions. If an order is returned for any reason other than confirmed damage, round-trip shipping charges, restocking fees, and credit card processing fees may apply as outlined in our Returns Policy, as these costs are not refunded to us by carriers or payment processors.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as your order is placed you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail. This will mean we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, we will confirm it is in stock. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available we will fully process the credit card charge and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@acegaragestorage.com.
CeilingSAM Return/Refund Policy
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Returns must be in original packaging and new/unopened condition with all hardware, instructions, warranties, registration information, and packaging material. Email returns@acegaragestorage.com to request a return with our customer support team. Upon return authorization approval, you will be provided with the appropriate shipping instructions and return address. Refunds will be re-applied to the original credit card and will equal the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs to the original delivery location and a 10% restocking fee. Return shipments must be paid by the customer and shipped with adequate shipping insurance. Please select a reliable freight carrier that will provide a tracking number, shipping insurance, and proper packaging as Ace Garage Storage and CeilingSAM will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. All returns will be inspected by warehouse staff to determine if the return meets the stated criteria. Refunds will not be issued if there are missing parts or packaging, or product cannot be resold as new. Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will be returned to customer freight collection.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible to determine if your product has shipped. If the product has shipped, the item may be returned according to our Return Policy (shipping costs to/from the delivery location and applicable re-stocking fees apply). If the order has not shipped, we can cancel the order for a full refund.
