Customers MUST inspect both PACKAGES AND PACKAGE CONTENTS immediately upon delivery and immediately report any visible or concealed shipping damage. Customers only have 48 hours to make any shipping damage claims. Beyond that, customers will have to pay for any replacement parts, including shipping costs, which can be substantial. Shipping damage is not covered under the product warranty.
If customers notice any damage, they should take pictures of the damage and also of the entire box and product, and make note of the damage on the receipt when signing for or refusing delivery. The driver should also sign, acknowledging the damage. If your package or item(s) do arrive damaged, please send damage photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
If there is significant damage to the box, such as holes, dents, impacts, or open seams, or if the box has been heavily re-taped, refuse the delivery unless we specifically instruct you otherwise. If the box or pallet was dropped off unattended and has significant damage call us IMMEDIATELY the same day at 844-900-0067.
If there is any damage to the box, including minor damage, please ask the driver to wait, and open the box and inspect the contents. If there are multiple damaged, missing, loose parts due to internal container breakage, or any large damaged part(s) - please refuse the delivery. Note the damage on the receipt as your reason for refusal.
If there is no damage to the contents, or if there are only 1 or 2 damaged small parts, you can chose to accept the delivery. Please sign the delivery receipt as damaged if you notice there is a dent or rip in the box.
You MUST complete a full inspection of the entire contents within 48 hours of delivery and send photo proof to us immediately, to get free replacement parts. Outside of the 48 hour window, you will have to pay for replacement parts and shipping.
Order cancellations must be initiated within 24 hours after ordering or before item is shipped, whichever is first, to qualify for a full refund. After 24 hours or item has shipped all fees will apply to cancel. Our goal is to ship quickly and we advise to please make sure you do not want to cancel prior to ordering. All Orders must be sent in by 9 AM Pacific Time every day.
You may return the item within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the purchase price, minus the the restocking fees. The item must be the original box and on the pallet it was delivered in. The items will be inspected once received. If the items are found to have been built or damaged in any way there will be no credit issued. We will refund the product price minus restocking fees. Restocking fee is 25% of the purchased item.
Any unused, re-sellable merchandise in original condition and in their original boxes or packages may be returned for refund within 30 days of the order date. The returned item must be in the original box with all paperwork. The item must be unused and unopened. We will refund the product price minus restocking fees. Restocking fee is 25% of the purchased item. Inbound and outbound shipping costs will not be refunded once the merchandise has shipped.
Delivery refusal will result in a refund minus restocking fees as well as inbound and outbound freight fees. Do not refuse your delivery for any reason other than damage. Redelivery fees will apply. Once an order has left the warehouse for shipment all costs incurred by the dealer to facilitate the order including inbound and outbound shipping costs as well as a restocking fee due to the warehouse will be deducted from the customer refund for all cancellations. Hiring any 3rd party builder or shipper outside of our terms will be the sole responsibility of the customer and we will not compensate for their fees, lost parts, claims or damages caused therein for any reason.
In the rare event that during assembly you find there is a part which is missing, defective or damaged we have you covered! Replacement parts must be asked for within 2 days of receiving your product. We will provide you with a replacement part at no additional cost. If it is later than 2 days there will be additional costs. Pictures may be required to qualify. We will not accept full returns on any products due to missing, defective or damaged parts. Instead, we will ship the part to you free of charge right away.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
