Versa Rail Model 60 Attic Ladder Safety Railing: A Solid Handhold at the Top of Your Attic Ladder

The hardest part of using a folding attic ladder is the last step. The top rung can sit as much as 18" below the attic floor, and there's usually nothing to hold onto as you climb into the attic or swing back onto the ladder. The Versa Rail Model 60 is a powder-coated steel railing that mounts to the attic floor around your ladder opening. It gives you a sturdy grab rail for getting in and out, and a barrier that keeps you from stepping into the opening while you work in the attic.

All orders placed with Ace Garage Storage ship for free within the continental United States. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping costs are calculated as part of the total product price so we can extend this free shipping offer, which applies only to completed transactions. If an order is returned for any reason other than confirmed damage, round-trip shipping charges and restocking fees will apply as outlined in our Returns Policy, as these costs are not refunded to us by carriers.

Order confirmation

As soon as your order is placed you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail. This will mean we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, we will confirm it is in stock. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available we will fully process the credit card charge and submit the order for shipment.

Order shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@acegaragestorage.com.

Warranty

The Versa Rail Model 60 by Byers Products Group (BPG) carries a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty covering parts. Labor is not covered.

How to get warranty service

• Contact BPG at 405-491-8550 (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm CT) to get a return authorization before sending any parts.
• Keep your proof of purchase.

Returns

You may return your Versa Rail within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the rail must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all parts, hardware and manuals. Rails that have been installed cannot be returned.

Return authorization

Contact us for a return authorization before shipping anything back. Returns sent without one may be refused, and you may be charged to have them shipped back to you.

Restocking fee and shipping charges

Returns for any reason other than damage, a defect, or an incorrect shipment are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Because free shipping applies only to completed sales, both the original and return shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

• Inspect your delivery before you sign. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and report it to us the same day.
• Damage found after unpacking must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• If your rail is damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll handle the return or replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
