Versa Lift Auto-Shutter Door for the Model 24: Automatically Covers the Lift Opening When the Platform Is Down

When a Versa Lift platform is lowered, it leaves an open hole in the floor above. The Auto-Shutter closes it for you. This hinged, lightweight aluminum door mounts to the attic floor beside the opening and rides on rollers attached to the lift platform. As the platform goes down, the door lowers with it and comes to rest over the opening. As the platform comes back up, it lifts the door out of the way. No extra motors, switches, or wiring are involved.

→ Manufacturer Requirement: If your Versa Lift is installed in the living space of a home, in a closet, or in a walk-in attic accessible to children, BPG requires the Auto-Shutter. It fits the Versa Lift Model 24 only.

→ Important Safety Note: The Auto-Shutter does not make the Versa Lift safe for children or pets. Never step on the shutter door or place items on it. Keep children and pets out of the lift area with a locked door, and supervise them closely whenever the area is unlocked.

All orders placed with Ace Garage Storage ship for free within the continental United States. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping costs are calculated as part of the total product price so we can extend this free shipping offer, which applies only to completed transactions. If an order is returned for any reason other than confirmed damage, round-trip shipping charges and restocking fees will apply as outlined in our Returns Policy, as these costs are not refunded to us by carriers.

Order confirmation

As soon as your order is placed you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail. This will mean we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, we will confirm it is in stock. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available we will fully process the credit card charge and submit the order for shipment.

Order shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@acegaragestorage.com.

Returns

You may return your Auto-Shutter within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all parts, hardware and manuals. Items that have been installed cannot be returned.

Return authorization

Contact us for a return authorization before shipping anything back. Returns sent without one may be refused, and you may be charged to have them shipped back to you.

Restocking fee and shipping charges

Returns for any reason other than damage, a defect, or an incorrect shipment are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Because free shipping applies only to completed sales, both the original and return shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

• Inspect your delivery before you sign. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and report it to us the same day.
• Damage found after unpacking must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• If your Auto-Shutter is damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll handle the return or replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
