Versa Lift Truss Leg Kit for the Model 24: Install Your Versa Lift Between Roof Trusses

Many newer homes have attics framed with pre-built roof trusses on 24" centers. The Versa Lift Model 24's standard housing legs won't normally fit between them, and trusses can never be cut or modified because every member carries load. The Truss Leg Kit solves that. Its specially designed legs fit between trusses on 24" centers and bolt to the lift housing and mounting rails in place of the standard legs, so you can install a Versa Lift Model 24 in a truss attic without touching the trusses.

Installation requirements

• Lift Opening: 22½" x 46½", located between trusses on 24" centers with no truss member cut

• Attic Decking: Install decking around the lift opening before installing the lift head

All orders placed with Ace Garage Storage ship for free within the continental United States. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping costs are calculated as part of the total product price so we can extend this free shipping offer, which applies only to completed transactions. If an order is returned for any reason other than confirmed damage, round-trip shipping charges and restocking fees will apply as outlined in our Returns Policy, as these costs are not refunded to us by carriers.

Order confirmation

As soon as your order is placed you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail. This will mean we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, we will confirm it is in stock. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available we will fully process the credit card charge and submit the order for shipment.

Order shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@acegaragestorage.com.

Returns

You may return your Truss Leg Kit within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all parts, hardware and manuals. Items that have been installed cannot be returned.

Return authorization

Contact us for a return authorization before shipping anything back. Returns sent without one may be refused, and you may be charged to have them shipped back to you.

Restocking fee and shipping charges

Returns for any reason other than damage, a defect, or an incorrect shipment are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Because free shipping applies only to completed sales, both the original and return shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

• Inspect your delivery before you sign. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and report it to us the same day.
• Damage found after unpacking must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• If your Truss Leg Kit is damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll handle the return or replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
